Welcome to Geocaching
Today you will research what geocaching is, and come up with a plan to best succeed on Tuesday's off campus trip.
Friday's To Do List
1. read and exlore the following websites
http://www.geocaching.com/
You will need to become a member to unlock some areas. If this interests you, you can sign up.
2. create a word document which can be sent to me at the end of class. Include:
-Definition of Geocaching
-What are the ethics/rules behind Geocaching? (This is the most important thing to know. If you do not understand the ethics behind geocaching, you will not be participating on Tuesday.)
-Explain the different levels of Geocaches
-Are their Geocaches around your home? If so, what types are they and could you have walked past them at a given time?
3.Finally - Create a plan for next Tuesday to explore the surrounding areas of Kimberly High School. What Geocaches will you go after first? Why? Remember you only will have 90-130 minutes to explore next Tuesday.
